This is a collection of all series pages. They are grouped by category. If you think a series would be a good addition, feel free to add it, even if there isn't a page for it yet. This policy is subject to change. If the series has only a few characters of note, please add them to the example_character page.
Do note that any time that a series is reproduced in a greatly different way it is considered two seperate series. Such as X-Men (Comics) and X-Men Evolution (Cartoon) (it is worth noting that X-Men:TAS is very 'true' to its comic form and would not be separated). Even if it in the same category, it should be listed seperate (such as Battlestar Galactica (old) and Battlestar Galactica (new), even though both are television series.) When in doubt, don't separate. In addition, if series maintain a coherent universe despite separate series (such as Star Trek:OST,TNG,DS9,Voy) keep them together under a unified series (although, it wouldn't be without reason to separate the 2009 movie from the other series).
Japanese and any other Eastern animation series. When in doubt, use the writing/directing studio and original language used, not the animation style or story structure. Even if the show was created from a Manga, include it in Anime.
American and other Western animated series. When in doubt, use the writing/directing studio and original language used, not the animation style or story structure. Even if the show was created from a comic book or graphic novel, include it in cartoon.
Live Action Television: EnglishEdit
This is for any series that was originally broadcast on television (local, cable, premium) and consisted entirely or almost entirely of live actors. The key fact is where it came in originally and what language it was first broadcast in. If a series is a continuation of a movie (such as M.A.S.H. or the Odd Couple) consider it Live Action Movie. This same policy is for any other medium that is turned into a television show; go with the original medium. The reverse is also true; if a series was turned into a movie (such as Star Trek) include in it's original medium (live action television). == Live Action Television: Non-English== Any Live Action Television series that was not originally broadcast in English is included in this list. If a case comes up, if there was no language present in the series then use the dominate or official language of the writing/directing studio. == Live Action Movie: English== Any Live Action Movie originally released in theater. If it was a made-for-television movie, include it with television.
